they’re really losing it

Defense Minister Ehud Barak warned Wednesday that if Iran acquires a nuclear weapon, it could try to attack the United States. Speaking at a conference of the Institute for National Security Studies at Tel Aviv University, the defense minister said the world should press Iran to stop it from building nuclear weapons. “If it built even a primitive nuclear weapon like the type that destroyed Hiroshima, Iran would not hesitate to load it on a ship, arm it with a detonator operated by GPS and sail it into a vital port on the east coast of North America,” Barak told the audience. Indicating the possibility of a military strike, Barak said, “We are not taking any option off the table, and we recommend to the world not to take any option off the table, and we mean what we say.” – AP via Haaretz

…Iran would not hesitate to load it on a ship, arm it with a detonator operated by GPS and sail it into a vital port on the east coast of North America…

Iran doesn’t have any nuclear weapons and doesn’t want any.
Ehud is clutching at straws with this preposterous remark.
It is just an unverifiable, not to mention misleading, personal opinion.
Being the Israeli Defense Minister, he knows full well that it is Israel which has a dangerous arsenal of nuclear weapons which could be used for rogue attacks on others.

I recommend that he renders them inoperative immediately, thereby making the world a more agreeable place.

“Even if it is you know not very good and would need to be delivered by some kind of trained bird … you know they could get quite big … israeli intelligence believes iran may be training emus to swim … please kill muslims for us, we’ll think up a better excuse after you’ve killed them please please with a dead baby on top.”
