NATO apparently masterminding the campaign of assassinations in ukraine

On Apr 14, a profile of Oles’ Buzina was added to https://psb4ukr.org/ site (where Ukrainian government encourages people to fink the authorities on the people suspected of separatism); on Apr 15, Oles’ Buzina was killed near his home with 4 shots. I (my correspondent – RB) looked up the Web address where they posted Buzina’s address, and found that it’s hosted on a NATO server:

Having considered some of the circumstances of the death of Alexei Buzina, we are inclined to believe, his killing is one of elements bloody campaign by NATO intimidation of dissidents in Ukraine. After the murder of Buzina, in the official Twitter “Peacemaker” published new greetings to “agent 404”:

Two matches is already too much to be just coincidences. The website “Peacemaker” is used as “Bulletin Board” on the inevitable the death of those who dare to speak the truth about what is happening in Kiev. Note that the website “Peacemaker” is actively supported by the Executive Assistant of the Interior Minister of Ukraine, Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, Anton Gerashchenko. The study of the site “Peacemaker” – https://psb4ukr.org – gives the following results:

The website “Peacemaker” is in Pindostan in the state of Texas, and registered on Canadian resident of Canada, Ophelia Dingbatter (OPHELIA DINGBATTER). Most likely registration is fictitious, so as the only Ophelia Dingbatter found in open sources is a porn star and hardly likely to be interested in creating websites about Ukraine. In the “Server” technical site settings listed – NATO HPWS/2.1 (hitherto unknown view of the server). Search for other sites that are served by the same NATO HPWS/2.1 gives the following results:

1. operativ.info – a site where Ukrainians offer to anonymously report the separatists
2. informnapalm.org – information site anti-Russian orientation

All sites are in Pindostan, in the state of Texas, most likely in the same datacenter. And here’s the proof: If we look at what the network is website Peacemaker (anyone can do this: you need to enter tracert psb4ukr.org in command line of Windows), it turns out that website is online NATO (nato domain.int):

Here is the point of end – psb4ukr.nato.int where nato.int – parent domain of NATO. With high probability, negligence of the technical staff they opened a part of sites that NATO uses of information warfare in Ukraine. Also, there is a suspicion that the NATO experts selected Bozina and Kalashnikov as threats to Ukraine and eliminated them by using the website “Peacemaker” as a tool intimidation of dissenters. We ask that you help us spread this info and the Russian Foreign Ministry and the Foreign Affairs Committee of the State Duma to take appropriate action.

We got a lot of technical comments, and we want to make the following clarifications:

• Yes, if the administrators of “Peacemaker” has set themselves the task, with some effort they could make it seem to the external observer that the site is in the network of NATO. This version is possible from a technical point of view, but that doesn’t make it the most likely.
• Known numerous cases of cooperation of the Ukrainian power structures and NATO. The website “Peacemaker” is supported by the Council of the MIA of Ukraine and member of the Verkhovna Rada Anton Gerashchenko, who collected the money and used his information in his speeches, and even stated:
  

  Information from the website of the “Peacemaker” center has long enjoyed the Ministry of Internal Affairs, security service, intelligence, border service to collect information to open criminal cases and obtaining a court decision on the detention and arrest of separatists and terrorists.

• Thanks to the latest plum materials held on Feb 19 2015 workshop in the Centre of NATO’s strategic communications in Riga, it is known that NATO is working with the Ukrainian military in the area of information warfare and they create joint projects in the Internet (here)
• Political murders committed for the purpose of deduction under the control of the countries facing severe political and economic crisis, is the signature style of Pindostan and it is also well-documented cases. The incomplete list of Pindosi political death squads can be found here. It includes countries from Angola and Chile to Brazil and Thailand.
• A combination of factors, the historical and political context, creating the conditions under which direct or indirect participation of NATO in the murder of Alexei Buzina and other Ukrainian politicians and activists is the most likely version of events.

We offer you the new facts that came to light during the analysis of a series of political murders in the Ukraine. Chances the fact that the publication on the website of the “Peacemaker” personal data “enemies of Ukraine” directly related to their subsequent liquidation are getting higher. Murder Kalashnikov and murder of Bozina through a few days after publications from the same user of the site “The peacemaker”, “the agent 404”, it’s hard to write off to coincidence. We found two more enemies of the Ukrainian nationalists, whose data were published by the user under the nickname 404 on the website “Peacemaker”:

Militiaman Alexey Astanin – psb4ukr.org/criminal/astanin-aleksej/

On Apr 15, Dr Skorokhodov was arrested and then there was information that the SBU opened a case against him. About the fate of militia Alexey Astanin it is not known, but in any case statistics speak for themselves. From four people whose data has been published by the user “404” on the website Peacemaker, two killed and one arrested SBU (his fate is unknown). The relationship between the “Peacemaker” and activities of the Ukrainian security services and extremists (and SBU and extremists merged to the degree of fuzzy) can be considered very likely. Writer Lev Vershinin posted a comment on his LJ page indicating additional elements demonstrating a possible link the website “Peacemaker” with the NATO structures. Here is the review completely:

By the sum of the factors and taking into account the historical context, as well as the propensity of Pindostan to resort to political assassinations and the intimidation, admittedly, what is the most likely explanation what happened is that on Ukraine, with a direct or indirect the support of NATO structures, is the series of political assassinations with the aim to intimidate opposition politicians, journalists and activists. The fact that the responsibility for the murder was taken by an organization calling the UPA (Ukrainian Insurgent Army), rather supports than refutes this explanation of events. If we assume that the modern “UPA” is the successor of the UPA during the great Patriotic War, it is easy to see a clear link: there is a very influential segment of the descendants of Ukrainian immigrants, including within the structures of NATO, which is stained with the crimes in the composition of the UPA. The choice of an already existing “brand” for the implementation of political terrorism and punitive operations is also presented as logical and likely. Sorry, it should be assumed that the series of political assassinations and promotions of intimidation in Ukraine will continue further.
