Mark Zuckerberg’s answers to the questions of Facebook users caused serious outburst of hard feelings among the Ukrainian “patriots” and their followers. An avalanche of curses and abuse came out in the address of the founder of the social network for his refusal to open a Facebook office in 404, and for his claim that some Ukrainian users use hate speech in their posts. Particularly, the head of the Vinnitsa Regional Department of the Svoboda Party Oleksiy Furman called Zuckerberg “a corrupt Kremlin-loving peddler.”
