Pindostan Claims Its Commandos Killed Senior ISIS Leader in Syria
Kurt Nimmo, Infowars, May 16, 2015

Following damaging revelations by ace journalist Seymour Hersh that the Osama bin Laden assassination story is a lie, the Pindo government has floated a new story: its commandos killed Abu Sayyaf, a senior ISIS commander, in Syria. Corporate media reporting on the alleged incident resembles a military adventure story. From the AP:

Pindo commandos mounted a rare raid into eastern Syria overnight, killing a senior ISIS commander in a firefight, capturing his wife and rescuing a Yazidi woman held as a slave, the Pentagon said Saturday. Sec Def Ash Carter announced the raid, identifying the militant as Abu Sayyaf. He said no Pindo forces were killed or injured in the operation.

Like the Bin Laden story, the Abu Sayyaf story arrives without corroboration or independent verification, but merely the word of Obama’s Sec Def, Ashton Carter, who said:

Abu Sayyaf was killed during the course of the operation when he engaged Pindo forces.

His wife, Umm Sayyaf, is said to be suspected of playing an important role in the group’s “terrorist activities, and may have been complicit in what appears to have been the enslavement of a young Yazidi woman rescued last night.” Bernadette Meehan, spokeswoman for the National Security Council said on Saturday:

The operation also led to the freeing of a young Yazidi woman who appears to have been held as slave by the couple. We intend to reunite her with her family as soon as feasible.

The Yazidi played an important role in the propaganda effort against ISIS as Pindostan launched military operations. In 2014 exhaustive establishment media coverage was given to Yazidi refugees in Iraq. Between 20,000 to 30,000 were said to have fled to Mount Sinjar when ISIS overran a region in Iraqi Kurdistan. A vacationing Obama said from Martha’s Vineyard last August that Pindostan “broke the ISIL siege of Mount Sinjar.” But Moon of Alabama noted on Aug 14:

This ‘broke the siege’ statement is a lie. There never was a ‘siege’ on the Sinjar mountain range. The Yazidi who had fled there were quickly welcomed and evacuated to Syria by the Kurdish PKK and YPG forces. The only reason Obama sent troops and jets to the area was to protect the city of Erbil with its CIA station, the international airport and the local headquarters of various ‘western’ oil companies.
