When they talk of long-Covid, they seem to forget about other well-known viral illnesses that have extended sequalae, notably Glandular Fever… I don’t see any anxiety for those with long glandular (which I had in my youth). Then there’s CMV, and Zoster (Chicken pox-Shingles) so a viral illness with an extended course is not new.
